The name Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ is derived from the Constructi language, as Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ was founded by Szyshi Êgarêbmê, who was culturaly Constructi.

Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ has a yearly average temperature of 18°C (64°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cold 8°C (46°F). Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ receives an average of 224 cm/y (88 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 2624 m (8608 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ was founded durring the late 16th century in summer of the year 1478, by Szyshi Êgarêbmê. The establishment of Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Szyshi Êgarêbmê struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ as a prison colony.
Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.
Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ is was constructed arround several crampt flagstone mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The town posesses a mighty albit amaturly crafted stone wall. It was built using querried stone blocks and posesses all of the standard defencive features, including a few watch towers. While it would last against a siege, the wall's outdated and simplistic construction method percludes the possability of Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ weathering a full scale bombardment durring a siege. The town's budget focused millitary grade defenses are visibly old, but also obviously maintained semi-regularly. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with ocasional mantance of the towns defences.
Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. The people are clearly worried about something, and everyone is either wearing a weapon or has one close at hand. Your gut tells you it’s not mere fate which has caused this town to begin failing...
Civic Infrastructure
Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ's parks.
Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ.
Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Town. Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ's grid is powered by an arcane means.
Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ's natural decorations nor waterways.
Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Life is hard in Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ. Its people are impoverished compared to their peers elsewhere. Something is making the locals stay, however, whether fear of the alternative, hope for a better future, or a stubborn attachment to their ancestral lands. Whatver the reason, living in this harsh area for generations has made the people of Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ a notably resourceful and hearty people.
Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by towering round arches, massive stone and brickwork, small windows, thick walls, and a propensity for housing art and sculpture depicting mythological scenes. The building's general shape would be a clever and ascetic combination of geometric shapes, which would be blended together by joining elements. The style's decorative features were largely internal rather than external and incorporated semicircular arches for windows, doors, and arcades; barrel or groin vaults to support the roof of the nave; massive piers and walls, with few windows, to contain the outward thrust of the vaults; side aisles with galleries above them..
Due to the actions of local Kami, summer is long in Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ.
Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in spring and involves square dance to channel Elven High Magic energies of tier 1 via speaking in tongues.
Economy

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century, Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ lost 226 people, 347 livestock, and 29 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 152, when members of Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ's militia enacted an operation to delay the operations of the enemy. The operation was complicated by at least some of the intelligence related to the operation was incorrect. The conflict ended with the defense of the port against a siege, which ended in a stalemate for Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Wæm Qufì Mænrǐ's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
